How to change the time/date on your phone system.

To change system time and date.
These commands are to be done at the attendant/main console.
NEC Aspire
The NEC Aspire and inskin voicemails have the ability to change on their own. If you need to change it use the following:
Turn on speaker key, dial 828 then time in 24 hour format starting with the hour then minutes. You will hear a
confirmation beep and hit the speaker button to save.
NEC/Nitsuko Time Change
Turn on speaker key; dial 828, 0000, year (04), month (10),
day (26), 1 for Monday etc, then time in 24 hour format starting with the hour
then the minutes. You will hear a
confirmation beep and hit the speaker button to save.
Portrait
Speaker, FTR, CLEAR, 4 digit year, *, month, *, 1 day, * day
of week 1 is Monday (so on), military time, *, speaker.
NEC/Nitsuko Voice Mail
Access Voice Mail from System Administrators extension. Dial 72 for system administrator menu. Dial 84
for time and follow the prompts.
Teledata/T3 Voice Mail
Access the system administrator mailbox. Choose option 7 and follow the
prompts.

YY + Last 2 digits of the year
MM = Month (01-12)
DD = Day (01-31)
1 = Monday (2 = Tuesday and so on)
HH = Hour (military time)
MM = Minutes (00-59)
